About Verena Moshammer

Originally from Germany, Verena has an extensive background in administration and management. In 1992 she came to Costa Rica for the first time. Realizing that Costa Rica is a great place to live and work, she chose to make it home a few years later.

 

In 1999 together with her husband Jogi, she co-founded one of the most respected and established Real Estate companies in Costa Rica. The company's continued success over 25 years is in no small part attributed to Verena. As well as working in sales she has served as the administrator and office manager for the company's entirety.

 

As someone who has lived in Costa Rica for over 27 years and is a seasoned real estate professional, there isn’t anything Verena doesn’t know about the market in the Guanacaste area. She has witnessed its great transformation - from a small bare beach town into a vibrant, thriving urban area that retains its small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region, and experiences, having lived here for so long, give her the enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home.

 

Verena helps her clients by setting up realistic goals and establishing a game plan to help make them come true. With excellent customer service and great local knowledge, Verena is sure to provide outstanding service to her clients. She is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and German, so feel free to approach her in any of the three! 

 

Outside the office, Verena is passionate about traveling and experiencing other cultures, some of her favorite destinations include Greece, Morocco, and Italy. Although she is partial to London as her daughter currently lives there.
