About Carlina R Sarabia

Carlina Sarabia’s career as a Real Estate Agent was inspired by her passion for beautiful houses.  Earning a degree in International Affairs and Structural Interior Design, her focus on design and development started back in her native Panama in the late ’90s.  She later worked globally in Mexico and Colombia and finally settled in the Tampa Bay Area.

Carlina boasts an impressive array of credentials, including certifications as a Certified Luxury Marketing Home Specialist (CLMHS), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Graduate REALTOR Institute Designation (GRI), and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Most recently, the designation with the very exclusive Development Services Division of Engel & Völkers Americas. It is this affiliation, combined with her extensive experience in Tampa's developmental landscape, that ignited her vision to expand the Division's reach to Costa Rica. In a pioneering move, she inaugurated the very first dedicated Shop catering to these offerings. She has many facets and her ability to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese have given her the opportunity to connect with dynamic individuals across the globe.
